To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any work undertaken by her Department, to date, in drafting the Terms and Conditions of the Renewable Electricity Price Guarantee Scheme consultation paper.

Answer:

The current priority for delivering the Renewable Electricity Price Guarantee (REPG) scheme is introducing the required Primary legislation.

The Final Scheme Design, published in September, outlined the key elements of the scheme. Building on this, my officials have been engaging with delivery partners and wider stakeholders to inform the development of the detailed Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions will inform the subordinate legislation required to give effect to the detailed arrangements of the scheme.
