To ask the Minister of Finance whether his officials have engaged with their counterparts in the United Kingdom on the regulation of property management companies, in the last five years.

Answer:

As part of the scoping review, officials considered the approach that has been taken in both Britain and the South. Engagement with counterparts took place as part of that work. Further engagement will take place when policy development work continues.
