To ask the Minister of Finance whether he intends to develop a digital inclusion strategy or action plan.

Answer:

The Department is currently progressing a range of work to improve digital inclusion. This includes consideration of relevant developments such as the UK Government’s Digital Inclusion Action Plan, which seeks to ensure that everyone can access and benefit from digital services.

The Department for Economy has a published a Digital Skills Action Plan.
