To ask the Minister of Finance, pursuant to AQW 45080/22-27, to detail how the effectiveness of the funding being spent will be measured by his Department.

Answer:

In order to ensure effectiveness of the Digital Inclusion Innovation funding, my Department engaged several Delivery Partners through established NICS procurement procedures, which are structured to secure value for money. Delivery Partners were required to meet defined key performance indicators, and performance against these indicators was monitored on an ongoing basis throughout the project. Delivery Partners provided an end of project report confirming deliverables.
