Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any funding his Department has allocated to football clubs in North Down, broken down by club, over the last three years.

Answer:

Bangor Football and Athletic Club is the only football club in North Down to receive DfC funding in the past three years. It was granted £23,900 in 2024/25 under the Football Ground Business Case Development Fund.

In 2025/26, it received an offer of up to £10,000 under The Northern Ireland Football Fund (TNIFF) Performance Programme to update its business case, with £5,000 paid so far and the remainder due on completion.
