To ask the Minister for the Economy whether her Department has considered the provision of additional grant support to Ulster University, following its announcement of proposed staffing reductions.

Answer:

Like all Departments, the Department for the Economy’s finances are extremely challenging. I continue to seek additional resources for my Department, so that we can increase funding for Higher and Further Education.
