To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the total number of (i) authorised; and (ii) unauthorised, houses in multiple occupancy identified in each local council area, over the last three years.

Answer:

Following clarification to the question asked, information has been provided on the total number of licensed and unlicensed houses in multiple occupancy identified in each local council area, over the last three years. Due to the volume of information provided I have arranged for the detail to be placed in the Assembly Library.
