Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any progress made in implementing the recommendations arising from the Fundamental Review of Social Housing Allocations.

Answer:

The Fundamental Review of Social Housing Allocations is now in its final phase. Ten of the twenty proposals have been implemented to date. The remaining scheme changes will take effect at the closure of the project, which is currently planned for April 2027.
