To ask the Minister for Communities whether any assessment has been made of the effectiveness of the Housing Supply Strategy in reducing housing stress and homelessness, since its publication.

Answer:

It is intended that a first assessment of progress against the Housing Supply Strategy indicators will be undertaken at the conclusion of the first Action Plan period. The timing of this will be confirmed subject to Executive agreement of the Action Plan.
