Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on his Department's work relating to Ballycopeland Windmill.

Answer:

An operator has been appointed following a tender competition which closed on 15 April 2026. They are currently working through their mobilisation plan with the intention of reopening Ballycopeland Windmill and the café in August 2026.

My Department will carry out planned preventative maintenance at the site this year.
