To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 45810/22-27, to detail when the acquisition process is due to conclude.

Answer:

The Education Authority (EA) has provided the following information;

The EA continues to undertake its technical due diligence in respect of scoping the adjacent site following which a business case will be completed to seek the necessary approvals. It is anticipated that this process will be completed at the end of this financial year/early in the next financial year. Completion will be subject to the appropriate approvals and having the necessary funding in place to proceed.
