To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 34971/22-27, to detail any work her Department has undertaken to protect the planning permission for Phase 3 of the North Lisburn Feeder Road, granted in November 2020.

Answer:

My Department applied for an Application for a Certificate of Proposed Lawful Use of Development in December 2025 which the Department received from the Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council on the 2nd February 2026. This certificate extends the Planning Permission indefinitely.
