To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the total number of requests for (i) assistance; and (ii) advice, to her Department from the PSNI with regard to the removal of flags or emblems from departmental property, during the (a) 2022-23; (b) 2023-24; (c) 2024-25; and (d) 2025-26, financial years.

Answer:

My Department has not received any requests for assistance or advice from PSNI regarding the removal of flags or emblems from Departmental property since 2022/2023.

However, when a complaint is received about unauthorised attachments to DfI property, my officials will always contact PSNI for advice.
