Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities whether he will commission research into the prevalence of defective concrete blocks in Northern Ireland.

Answer:

There is no evidence to suggest that the problem of defective block is systemic in Northern Ireland. Should evidence of a systemic issue arise my Department will respond accordingly.
