To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any steps that are being taken to improve employment support services to focus on progression in work, rather than solely on job entry.

Answer:

My Department delivers a range of services and provision that support in-work progression, and the removal of associated barriers.

In seeking to improve this provision, both the draft Disability and Work Strategy, and the Pathways to Work and Wellbeing Transformation Project place emphasis across the full pathway of supporting people to move closer, find, sustain and progress in employment.
