To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the amount of the funding allocated to the planned USA 250 concert at Belfast City Hall is recoverable following its cancellation.

Answer:

Following a competitive selection process, support totalling £30,000 was approved to support the proposed concert at Belfast City Hall. Of this, £10,000 was provided to the Ulster-Scots Agency in the 2025/26 financial year to support early planning of the event. Discussions are ongoing to determine the reasonable preliminary costs incurred during this initial planning phase.
