Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail when the resurfacing of the Hightown Road, Newtownabbey, will be added to her Department’s programme of works.

Answer:

Officials are currently considering the 2026/27 programme of works, details of which will be included in my Department’s 2026/27 annual report to Council. Programmes cannot be finalised until such times as budgets are confirmed.

In the meantime, officials will continue to undertake regular inspections and repair defects in accordance with the Department’s Limited Service policy.
