Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy whether her Department has conducted an equality impact assessment in relation to the cuts to skills and apprenticeship programmes.

Answer:

As part of the process, the Department completed an equality screening exercise which identified minor adverse impacts for some Section 75 categories and concluded that a full Equality Impact Assessment was not required. The Department will review the position again when a final budget is agreed.
