To ask the Minister for Communities, following the UK Government's announcement of home buying and selling reforms, whether (i) his Department has assessed the potential applicability of any of the proposed measures to Northern Ireland; and (ii) any reforms currently under consideration.

My Department does not have responsibility for this matter as none of the proposed reforms fall under its policy or legislative remit and is therefore unable to undertake an assessment of applicability here.
