To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any issues which have prevented the Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill being introduced, including any actions she has taken to overcome these.

Answer:

The draft Employment Rights Bill was shared with Executive colleagues on 29 April 2026. Subsequently, I have continued to seek Executive agreement for the Bill and I and my officials have continued to engage with key stakeholders.
