To ask the Minister for Communities, pursuant to AQW 47046/22-27, to detail (i) when he expects the feasibility study report will be finalised; and (ii) whether this will be placed in the Assembly Library.

Answer:

The draft feasibility study for Grey Point Fort has been submitted and is under consideration. Further information has been identified for inclusion and has been commissioned. It is expected the report will be finalised by September 2026.

As this report is a feasibility study and will recommend direction for the fort, it will not be placed in the Assembly Library.
