Question:
To ask the Minister of Education whether any assessment has been made of the effectiveness of the Behaviour Advocate role within special schools.

Answer:

The Education Authority has advised that the cohort of Behaviour Advocates met for the first time in April 2026. As the role is still in the early stages of implementation, an evaluation of its effectiveness is planned during the 2026-27 academic year.
