To ask the Minister for the Economy whether her Department plans to review the eligibility criteria for the Further Education Grant.

Answer:

My Department is planning to carry out a review of Further Education (FE) student support, including the eligibility criteria for the FE Grant.

Any future decisions regarding the criteria will have to be considered in the context of emerging economic conditions, learner needs and the resources available to the Department.
