To ask the Minister for Communities whether he will provide a copy of the terms and conditions for the Homelessness Commission, which was announced at the Housing Rights event on Monday 14 September 2026, in Parliament Buildings.

Answer:

The Terms of Reference for the Homelessness Commission have been drafted and are in the process of being agreed. As such, it would not be appropriate to share them at this stage.

Once the Terms of Reference have been finalised and an Executive mandate has been sought, the details of the Commission's remit, membership and operating arrangements will be made available.
