Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance, pursuant to AQW 51231/22-27, to detail (i) any engagement he has had with the UK Government in relation to the June 2026 Home Buying and Selling Reform Roadmap; (ii) whether any consideration will be given to introducing any similar changes in Northern Ireland.

Answer:

As none of the proposed reforms fall under the policy or legislative remit of my Department there has been no engagement required between the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government and my officials.
