Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any assessment that has been made of the safety of the junction with Alfred Road and Ormeau Avenue, for cyclists in Belfast City Centre.

Answer:

The junction forms the southern end of Belfast Cycle Network Scheme 1, which opened in March 2016. Its layout, including opportunities to improve connections with proposed future cycle facilities, is being actively considered as part of the BRT2/Bankmore Link scheme design.
