Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister, given the current call for views on a new Good Relations Framework includes celebrating inclusive cultural expression, to outline any discussions they have had with the Office of Identity and Cultural Expression over the summer on this issue.

Answer:

The Call for Views will help inform the development of a new Good Relations framework, including how we celebrate inclusive cultural expression.

The Call for Views opened on 24 August and closed on 21 September 2026.

Alongside this, officials have scheduled a number of engagements with key stakeholders, including the Office of Identity and Cultural Expression and the Language Commissioners.
