Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any funding arrangements currently in place for organisations funded through the (i) Strategic Prevention Programme; and (ii) Community Homelessness Prevention, including whether funding allocations are provided on an annual, quarterly or monthly basis.

Answer:

This issue is an operational matter for Northern Ireland Housing Executive, they have advised me as follows:

“The Housing Executive currently supports a range of projects and services through the Strategic Prevention Programme and Community Homelessness Prevention. At present, funding has been confirmed for these services up to the end of Q3 with any confirmation of funding beyond this reliant on confirmation of funding for 2026/27 or, in the absence of this, the Housing Executive committing to such funding at risk and this will be considered in due course with regard to the wider budgetary situation.”
