Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the State Care Monuments within the North Antrim constituency, at which (i) conservation or repair works are required; and (ii) public access is currently restricted, including the (a) estimated cost; (b) funding allocated; and (c) planned completion date of works, at each site.

Answer:
None; and
Public access is restricted at 5 of the sites in this constituency as there is no established public right of way. These sites are:
Craig’s The Broadstone;
Craigs Dolmen;
Duncarbit Standing Stone;
Ossian’s Grave; and
Coshkib Rath Pair – The Twin Towers.
These are mainly prehistoric monuments that are currently located within agricultural land that is actively used for grazing by the landowners. There is currently no plans to progress works at these sites or funding allocated to them.
