Question:
To ask the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister for an update on the creation of a baseline system of measurement for severe child poverty.

Answer:

A method to measure the level of severe child poverty has been outlined in a paper for consideration by the Ministerial Sub-Committee on Children and Young People.

Once agreed by the Ministerial Sub-Committee and the Executive, the method will be used to monitor levels of severe child poverty.
