To ask the Minister of Finance and Personnel if it is possible to consider the eligibility of retired civil servants for back pay on the basis of length of service.

Answer:

The terms of the NICS equal pay settlement have been agreed by the Executive and by NIPSA and there will be no further consideration of eligibility for those excluded from the terms of the settlement.
