To ask the Minister of the Environment, in relation to the High Hedges consultation document, how long the process will take from a complaint being received by the council in relation to an offending hedge and remedial action being instigated resulting in the offending hedge being reduced to a reasonable height.

This will be an operational matter for each council and will depend on the specific circumstances of each case.
