To ask the Minister for Regional Development what discussions his Department has had with local government in relation to the difficulty posed in terms of health and safety by poorly maintained, unadopted alleyways.

Answer:

My Department’s Roads Service is not responsible for the maintenance of unadopted alleyways and, as such, has not had any discussions with local government in relation to the difficulty posed in terms of health and safety by poorly maintained, unadopted alleyways.
