To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail the compliance and documentary requirements for sanitary and phytosanitary goods to move from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.

Answer:

Following the coming into force on 12 April 2024 of the Windsor Framework (Implementation) Regulations 2024, the movement of sanitary and phytosanitary goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland is a matter which is now subject to the direction and control of the Secretary of State.
