The Chairperson (Mr Ross): The minutes of today's meeting have to be approved by me in order to be included in the report. I suspect that this will be straightforward. Are members happy enough?
Members indicated assent.
The Chairperson (Mr Ross): Are members happy enough that the Committee staff can make any formatting changes necessary in advance of electronic publication?
Members indicated assent.
The Chairperson (Mr Ross): We come to the printing of the report. Are we content that the report on the Mental Capacity Bill be printed? Is it printed or just published? It is published online.
Members indicated assent.
The Chairperson (Mr Ross): Are members content that an electronic copy of the report be sent to all organisations and individuals who provided evidence to the Committee and to the Health and Justice Departments?
Members indicated assent.
The Chairperson (Mr Ross): Any other business? No? Excellent. Thank you all very much. It has been a long process and a very complicated Bill and has been quite time-consuming, particularly when it interferes with other stuff on a Monday. I thank all the members who committed to coming along every Monday. I think that we have improved the Bill, although whether it goes anywhere is out of our hands, I suspect. Once again, I thank everyone for their contribution.
