The Chairperson (Mr Gildernew): I refer members to the Committee consideration of the Bill., are members content with paragraphs 21 to 42?
The Chairperson (Mr Gildernew): Before I finalise our consideration and put the Question, I refer you to the Clerk's memo on pages 11 to 12 of the tabled pack and check that members are content for a sentence to be added to the report referring to Marie Curie's call for amendment, acknowledging that, whilst the Committee was made aware of it, it did not form part of the scope of the draft memorandum in relation to which consent was being sought.
The Chairperson (Mr Gildernew): Members, that concludes the Committee's consideration of the draft report. I will put the Question that the Committee for Communities orders the report on the legislative consent memorandum on the Pensions (Special Rules for End of Life) Bill 2024 to be printed.
Question put and agreed to.
