To ask the Minister for the Economy whether any of the £553,404, charged by Tourism NI since June 2011 under the voluntary Quality Assurance Grading Scheme for the serviced accommodation sector and under Article 21 of The Tourism (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, which was paused in November 2022 as it was found Tourism NI did not have the authority to charge such fees, was returned to the payees.
