Universal Credit (Removal of Two Child Limit) Bill Legislative Consent Memorandum: Committee Report

The Chairperson (Mr Gildernew): Members, you have been provided with a copy of the draft Committee report. This is the formal consideration before the report is ordered to be published. I remind you that we are focusing on the text of the report only. The team will address any formatting issues once the text is agreed. I will ask for comments and then agreement on each section of the report. We will start with powers and membership at page 315. Are members content to proceed on that basis?

The Chairperson (Mr Gildernew): I refer members to the background section of the report at pages 318 to 319. Are members content with these paragraphs as drafted?

The Chairperson (Mr Gildernew): I refer members to the Committee consideration of the Bill at page 327. Are members content with these paragraphs as drafted?

The Chairperson (Mr Gildernew): That concludes the Committee's consideration of the draft report. Is the Committee for Communities agreed that the report on the legislative consent memorandum for the Universal Credit (Removal of Two Child Limit) Bill be the eighth report of the Committee for Communities?
