Public Office (Accountability) Bill: Committee Report
The Chairperson (Mr O'Toole): There is a draft addendum to the report on the legislative consent motion (LCM), which we have already agreed. I will go through it. No one has indicated in our further discussions on the LCM that they have further issues. I assume that members are content with Hansard recording this session.
Members indicated assent.
The Chairperson (Mr O'Toole): I will proceed through the formal bits to get members' agreement. Are members content that the title and contents pages, and the remit and "Powers and Membership" section, stand part of the report?
The Chairperson (Mr O'Toole): Are members content that the "Further Committee Consideration" and "Conclusion" sections stand part of the report?
The Chairperson (Mr O'Toole): Are members content that appendices 1, 2 and 3 stand part of the report?
The Chairperson (Mr O'Toole): Are members content that the addendum report on the legislative consent memorandum on the Public Office (Accountability) Bill be published?
