After ‘improving workers’ rights and conditions;’ insert: ‘commends junior doctors in the BMA for taking strike action in pursuit of a pay rise; further recognises that inflation peaked at 11 percent in 2022 and commits to giving all public sector workers a real-terms pay increase;’
