Motion Amendment TextLeave out all after ‘demand;’, and insert ‘further recognises that while this infrastructure is vital for housing, businesses, the economy and the environment, it has been severely underfunded due to years of British government budget cuts and austerity; reiterates its opposition to the introduction of domestic water charges; and calls on the Minister for Infrastructure and the Executive to press the British government to make immediate and durable changes to our funding arrangements to ensure that the Executive has the resources it needs to deliver effective public services, including a sustainable water and wastewater network.’
