Motion Amendment TextLeave out all after ‘collapse,’ and insert: ‘and the failure of the Executive to deliver on its promised legislative programme or improve public services; and notes that the Assembly’s ability to deliver is greatly limited by the surrender of sovereignty over 300 areas of law to a foreign power due to the Protocol.’
