Northern Ireland Assembly Commission Transgender Policy
To ask the Assembly Commission what assessment it has made of the compatibility of its Transgender Policy with the recent Supreme Court ruling in For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers, and whether the policy will now be withdrawn in light of that judgment.
