A5 Upgrade: Climate Change Targets
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, in light of the latest High Court ruling on the A5 road project, whether he intends to review climate change legislation, including targets, in order to enable the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland.
