Motion Amendment TextLeave out all after ‘expresses’ and insert: ‘its support for a Nutrients Action Programme which is effective and deliverable in protecting and improving water quality in our waterways; welcomes, the Minister for Agriculture Environment and Rural Affairs' commitment to establish a stakeholder task and finish group with representatives from farming, agri-food, environmental groups and the Department to work collaboratively to propose evidence based measures that are workable at farm level within realistic timeframes; recognises progress made on the implementation of the Executive's Lough Neagh Action Plan and the importance of further progress to improve the environmental and ecological situation on the Lough; and calls on the Executive to work together, on the basis of Just Transition principles, to address the challenges facing Lough Neagh and to restore it for the benefit of present and future generations.’
