Motion Amendment TextLeave out all after 'Land and Property Services;' and insert: ‘further calls on the Minister to explore options for reforming the rates system with the objective of linking the amount of rates payable to a household's ability to pay; and calls on the Minister to present a range of new and concrete proposals to reduce the level of rates that are unpaid or written off over the next five years.’
