Supreme Court Ruling on Provision of Religious Education
To ask the Minister for Education to outline the implications of the Supreme Court judgment in the matter of an application by JR87 and another for Judicial Review (Appellant) in terms of schools' ability to teach Christian-based Religious Education and continue Christian-based collective worship, and when can school principals expect guidance.
