Serious Incidents Reported at AFBI
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to make a statement to the Assembly on the serious incidents reported at the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) Hillsborough, including allegations of animal welfare breaches and environmental failings and to outline what immediate steps the Department is taking to investigate the matter and restore confidence among the farming community.
