Schedule 3 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2011
To ask the Minister of Justice, given Senior Crown Counsel has confirmed in the High Court that the Minister will update Schedule 3 to the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, to outline any impact on the validity and enforcement of offences of not having updated the Act when issues were identified.
