Post-19 Special Educational Needs Support - Amendment 3
Leave out all after ‘jurisdictions;’ and insert: ‘calls on the Minister of Health to bring legislative options to the Executive to ensure consistent, high-quality provision and clear entitlements to SEN support and services for young people aged between 19 and 25 with complex needs that do not fit an academic pathway; and further calls on the Minister to outline what work he has undertaken to improve post-19 provision for special educational needs and disabilities support.
